Bullet points alignment needed

I am using <li> for bullet points in the store sections

I had set the section width as 600 but this makes the text slightly overflow into the right hand sidebar.

so I reduced to 590 width which looks fine on the Actinic page preview, but when I go
Web|preview current page
to view in the firefox browser the bullet points appear in the left hand sidebar.

Seems I can't win, does any one know how to fix?

Typically declaring a width to the <ul> and/or margin-left to the <li> resolves these types of issues
