Actinic won't export 'payment on account' orders

We use One Stop Automation to auto download and process orders and fire them into Sage using Sage Link. PSP orders work fine but if an account customer selects 'Payment on Account' Actinic export does not export the order as it's still marked 'pending payment'.

This means we need to make sure we keep an eye on Actinic all the time to make sure we pick them up. If we manually Re-export them it works perfectly but we would rather it did it automatically to cut down on errors. Obviously we don't want 'PSP Pending' orders exported at any time. Any ideas?

Hi,

The Help files state that if you are processing the orders within Actinic then you must complete them before the 'outstanding exports' report will export them. If you don't want to process the orders within Actinic then select 'Bypass Order Processing' in 'Settings | Business Settings | Ordering' and all of your new orders will then export (Note that all exported orders are sent straight into the 'completed' tab).

Does that mean it will export the psp pending orders as well though? I'll have to have a play with it later on.

I've just tested it and it doesn't export PSP pending orders.

Great, thanks. That'll do the job perfectly. Sage link is a cracking piece of software when used with Mole End Automation. Takes a bit of fine tuning but once working it's superb.

This works well. The only snag is the ability to add payments to PSP pending orders once bypass oreder processing is selected. However, for the benefit of anyone finding this thread with the same issue, right clicking the order and doing re-export to files, then running ActtoSage (auto or manually) will export the order to sage although not the payment. You can then simply add the payment in Sage. Only downside is that it will still be pending in Actinic and potentially dissapear.

Or you can switch on processing, mark it paid and export it, then off processing again. This may be the better option.
