Cancel item in an order

    Cancel item in an order

    Have an order through and we have a couple of items that are not in stock....how do you remove these from the order? In the help file it says highlight the item and press cancel but the cancel button is greyed out

    Anyone know the answer?

    Have you marked the item as shipped?

    If the item has a tick by it, it is showing as shipped. You will need to un-ship it before you can cancel the item.

    You should find the cancel button is not greyed out when you unship it.

      Yes.....that seems to be the case for some of the items but not all of them. Some of them were not ticked but I could still not cancel them I'll check this again when we get another order

        Got another order through and one product on it we don't have in stock. I've not shipped the product but the cancel is still greyed out when I highlight the particular product I want to remove.....I'm confused??

        Anyone offer any help?
