    Multiple Payments

    Hi Folks,

To make some of our more expensive products more manageable we want to consider offering our customers the ability to pay be installments. E.g. £200 product can be paid at £50 over 4 monthly installments.

Aside from the usual risks of bad debts and 'business' decisions, is there any way Actinic can be set up so that at the checkout it only bills 1/4 (or any given division of the price) and can then have a report run to say when the next billings are due?

    Thanks.

Not a chance i'm afraid. You are more likely to get some mileage off using something like Paypal on a subscription type payment method.

If you set up actinic to take credit card details (you'll need to meet the PCI spec) you could use Paypal Repeat Billing, although I think i read that you have to use a PSP soon. Nice solution if not though.
