Problem: Can't Remove Default Password

The issue is that I cannot remove the default password from one of my sites.
It is not set as multi-user and I can't find any other way to deal with it.
I don't want to change it.
I just want to remove it.
I can see sense when it is live, but it's a pain in the proverbial when in development.

Hi,

If you software is set to standalone mode (File | Multi-user options) then the only other reason that you will be asked for a password is because you are encrypting the credit card data (Settings | Business Settings | Options).
