SSL Bounce Page

Hi,

Is there any way to simply redirect the user to the Actinic shared SSL page rather than having to ask them to click the button.

ie. Miss out the "SSL Bounce Page" altogether.

Hi,

The bounce to the SSSL server should be automatic. If it's not happening then you have possibly removed some code from your layouts that is required to make this happen. Take a look at this knowledge base article.

Hi TracyG - thanks for looking at this, it certainly put me in the right direction.

After playing around with the javascript I realised that there is an block if that checks whether or not the PSP configuration setting is running in test mode or not. (Mine is) as HSBC have not yet switched on the live service.

I expect this will fix the problem, as it stands there is a javascript error as the form object it refers to doesn't seem to exist when I tested taking out the block if check.
