    That customer wasn't using IE6, by any chance were they?
    I still get a LOT of dropouts because of a 'fake' javascript/cookie error on IE6
    I only hope that CreditCall are still working on it because it is definitely losing orders as it's not confidence inspiring in the slightest.
    It's only a proportion of the overall 'unpaid' orders but it's a significant one.

      I honestly don't know but I will ask her, thanks for pointing that out I had no idea!

      On that one site it represents 93% of my orders - seriously not good!
