downloadable files within catalog - but not through checkout?

I am moving our wholesale website to be 100% within actinic v9 rather than having seperate intro/home pages etc.

It would be great if customers could download PDFs / excel of product factsheets, price lists etc. from within the relevant section/product on actinic.

How do I do this?

Try searching for something like "download pdf".

thanks norman - found a really useful thread now. My earlier search was bringing up info on digital downloads.

The actinic learning curve continues :-)
