I have sent customers emails from their order and when you are in the order you can see a copy of the email. However when you exit from the order and go back to it - the email has disappeared.
I can't find any other reports on something like this happening. It sounds like something is going wrong with IDs in the database. Can you contact support so we can get a snapshot to investigate this problem further please (webform link in my signature).
We have also just noticed that our Actinic seems to be losing most sent emails. They are there for some orders, but not for most. There does not seem to be a pattern.
Tracey: presumably you would suggest that we also log a support request?
