Accessibility and text size

We need to be able to allow visitors to change text size for accessibility purposes. I noticed that the style sheet defines fonts in fixed pixel sizes.

Is it possible to make the font sizes relative (ie using 'em' instead of 'px') with the flick of a switch somewhere or are we stuck with fixed sized text unless we change the stylesheet manually?

Change things manually. Site options controls the main sizes, you just have inheritance to deal with then.
