    Actinic v7 to v9 upgrade and secPay

    Morning Everyone,
    I have recently upgraded a clients site from v7 to v9 yesterday and they are using SecPay as their PSP.

    Since doing so when their orders are downloaded they now have the order come in as 'Pending' whereas previoudly it came in as 'Sale'. I have checked the config for the PSP within Business Settings and its set to Pre-Authorise Transaction. Should this be altered to Charge Immediately?

    As well as this are there any other templates that the secret key need to be supplied to, similar to Protx? The reason I ask is that the client has since sent me an image. See attached file.

    Any help would be greatley appreciated.

    Hi,

    You should only have a Merchant ID and Secret Key from SecPay which you enter into the 'Configure Method' screen within Actinic. You shouldn't have to input anything else. The error you have received suggests that the Secret Key is incorrect so you should check this with SecPay.
