I would say that is the case, as the order has not been completely shipped, logical when you think about it. Completed is when it has been fully shipped not part. The message "the order is currently being processed" is correct maybe a rewording would probably be better.

Hi,

Would this still work even though we don't require customers to sign up when they place an order or would I need to enable this in order to use it?

I am using V8 by the way (I know this is the V9 forum... sorry)
