Flash shows in page preview but not in actinic

Iv made a bit of flash added it into a fragment:

followed the Knowledge base article here:

And it shows in the preview but nothing in actinic?? iv placed it in site1 folder and previewhtml folder as well but nothing in actinic it works fine in page preview im just a bit confused .

Have you tried placing a copy of the .SWF in DesignPreviewHTML folder also?
