Different prices for account holders

Hi guys. Please tell me straight away if this is in the wrong place... Thanks.
Now, my client wants to have a retail price displayed for the public and a lower trade price displayed for logged in account holders. I can't find clear instructions on setting up ad managing accounts in User guide or online. This is Actinic Catalog.

accounts are in catlaog, although some of the features are restricted
