Is anyone else having this problem in version 9 ?

When I go to find an order and I put in customer name, it doesn't find the order. I have tried picking an order and copying and pasting the name exactly and then putting it in the find box for customer name, but its still not working.

The only thing I can get the search to work on is order number

Works for me in v902. Make sure all the other possible search fields are cleared and then for example enter the customers last name in the last name box for example and try it.
You can do partial matches on all fields too by adding and * before, after (or both) to any letters in the name and it will take you to the first match.

Same problem here. Died when I upgraded to V9. Not a huge problem as we export everything anyway.

I have gotton around it by doing the * thing. So if I'm searching for surname of smith, if I type *smith* then it brings it back - strange one...

Since trying the * thing, I've noticed it doesn't always work....

Find order not working properly

Hi,

One of our clients also has a problem with their Find Order facility.

(Actinic Business Client 9.01)

I've tried on our machine (same Actinic version) with their snapshot and it all works fine. But they swear their one doesn't work. I ran through over the phone with them, and sure enough, their Find Order doesn't seem to work - the orders are simply not sorted/highlighted.

I'm at a loss.

We use One stop order processing from Mole End, it just works!
