How to import deleted orders from OverwrittenSite.zip

Evening All,

I hope someone out there can help me. It's an old story but I imported a new (ish) snapshot of my site and, needless to say, deleted some orders. I have the OverwrittenSite.zip file but how do I import (or even find them and do it manually) missing orders.

Sorry, I found the answer (and perhaps this will help someone else one day).
You open the OverwrittenSite.zip file and copy and paste the ActinicCatalog.mdb file into your sites root folder.

if you wanted to keep your products in tact you could open the zip file as you mentioned and use the import orders feature on the file menu. This will import the orders only and leave the rest of the db unchanged. This would be a better solution if you had made changes to the database you'd rather keep rather than have to redo
