Error with return page URL

I changed the URL for completed and aborted checkout and it all worked fine for a few weeks.

Suddenly, whenever I click on 'done' or 'cancel' at any stage in the checkout (either from our checkout pages or from the Protx pages) I get a blank screen and the error 'permission denied' for the script os000001.pl.

I know it would seem obvious that the read/write/execute permissions have changed for cgi-bin but they haven't.

Any help greatly appreciated, we're going live next tuesday!

Hi,

Have you tried compacting the database (Housekeeping | Compact Databases) and refreshing the site? Doing a Purge and Refresh (Help | Troubleshooting)?

What did you change the URL to? Does that work if you just type it into the address bar of a browser window?

Have you changed the Script ID in your Network Settings for any reason?

If you have, any hard coded links would need updating!

I changed it from an absolute address to a relative one and everything worked.

No idea why that should be (the url I'd used was perfectly ok) but its another problem ticked off my list!
