How do I display shipping costs to customers?

I have populated my shipping zone and class tables with my tariffs.

Is there anyway that I can make this information available to website browsers without them having to add products into the shopping cart?

I'd like to be able to display a page to my users with all the shipping charges that is somehow linked to those values I have entered in the "Business Settings" ?

Is this possible in V9?

The best you can do is put this information manually into a fragment and place that a page.
