Actinic V9 not responding

Hi

Have put something into Actinic V9 Business Plus that it doesn't like, it locked up and now won't open at all.... any ideas what i can do as the whole program just isn't responding to be able to try anything... have looked through forum and can't find an answer...

If you have a multisite licence then you could open another site via the command line - if not then you may need to unistall Actinic, reinstall and then import a previous snapshot.

If you have Access 2000 then find the actinic.MDB file in the sites folder i believe (dont have actinic on this computer to look up) and make a copy of it and save it somewhere else with a different name like actiniccopy.mdb

Upen the original file in access which will probably show a error and ask to be repaired, do so and try actinic again

If it does not work replace mdb with original copy and you are back where you started
