Order Tracking Script

Hi,

Have bought InterAct Studios Order Tracking Script and I am having great difficulty implementing what I think will a worthwhile thing to have on my website.

Despite following the instructions I cannot get it to work.

Is there anyone willing to help or do the integration, obviously, I would not expect this to done for nothing, but I would like estimates first if that is possible ?

I'm currently helping these chaps install.

However, its important to note that on this page. It says:

This software is very complex to use, and though it has been set up successfully on several sites, you will need someone very technical to set it up for you, if you're not 100% with SQL databases and Actinic. You have been warned.

If in doubt, please get someone technical to help you.

I must say that the support that I have had from Gabriel has been fantastic, and, with a bit of luck, I'm just about there !

It just shows what a bit of perseverance can do !

With many people the problem has been the lack of remote mysql access.

The addon requires that your mysql database be remotely accessible, and some aren't, for security reasons. this means the inevitable call to the host, to get things sorted.
