Bounce Back page

HI all, wonder if someone can help me please.
My website is due to launch very shortly.
I am running tests on my payments section of the website.
I am using Paypal for my payment provider.
Currently, after making a payment, it shoots straight back to my website with no conformation page or thank you.
I would like after payment is made to bounce back to a thank you page to thank them for there payment and to state an email has been sent to there email address.
Can i do this and if so, how do i set it up?

After payment you are normally bounced back to a receipt page, have a look in design|design options in case you have added a setting you didn't really want.

I have looked in there, cant see any thing that mentions that, except for
under frames there iis a section to enter url for complete and aborted checkout, there is nothing in this field, Should there be?

Not for this issue. This is for when a customer cancels the checkout process or clicks the 'Done' button on the receipt page (which you aren't getting).

Have you set an 'auto-return' url within Paypal? If so, can you try removing it and see if that works.
