Adding to order placed online causes Actinic to crash

    Hi,

I don't think there is the exact same problem in a previous thread (apologies if I've missed it).

We are trying to add a new item manually (offline) to an order that has come in via the internet. We can select the item, and it appears under the online order items as an "offline order adjustment". However, when the Next button is clicked, it causes Actinic to "encounter a problem", and it crashes, saving a .dmp file. This happens with different orders.

Anyone have any suggestions, or is it a bug? We are running v9.0.2 Business.

    Thanks for your help.

Must be a bug - I have the same issue so avoid messing about with online orders 'offline' or the offline order tab, everything I seem to click produces the 'Catalog.exe has encountered a problem' with .dmp files being saved.

Thankfully for me those features aren't mission critical (yet), but will be soon - so I hope 9.0.3 will fix these (presumably) bugs.

An update on this from techie would be good...

presumably, if dmp files are being created, these are being forwarded to support for investigation??

          Hello Dee

Could you please contact Actinic support so someone can take a look at your site snapshot for you?
