ssl on multiple websites

We have several actinic websites in operation at the moment. we have a secure certificate from Thawte on one of our sites but what we wanted to try and do is just use that one site with the certificate on to process the payments from all our other sites - (be directed there when they go to the checkout).

Is this possible at all within Actinic? If so, how could I go about doing it?

There is no way to do more than one shop with only one basket, The thread jo pointed you to explains this.

What you need is really a shared ssl, that allows all your shops to use the same secure checkout area. Does you host provide one?

Depends on your host as to how your hosting is setup, it varys so there is no easy answer. But if your setup has been configured that you have your main account and your other domains sit under this account (you can see this type of setup under ftp, your other domains are shown as folders) then it is possible to share this certificate, but this will be down to the hosting company configuring the server to use your main domain ssl.
