Snapshot Not Working

Hi All

Running Business V8, normally we import a complete site 1 import but now trying the design snapshot from our web designer as all we really want to change is the design. It goes through the motions and tells us inport completly succsefull however it does not change it at all?

any ideas out there please

That would be it then, thanks also when we import complete site snapshot if we do not tick all contents box it also does nothing?

Indeed, always perplexed me that one. It does bring some things in, most of it hidden though i think. I guess the answer is that if you do not want the contents, don't import a snapshot, if you do, then do.
