How do I enter and process a WorldPay payment when customers send their details seperately following a website order?

How do I enter a customer's card details when processing an offline order?

Use the new order tab and put it through as mail order?

you need to have WorldPay's virtual terminal (can't recall its name offhand) to be able to take an offline payment
If you don't have it set up with your account, I'd imagine you can't do it.
