Snapshot - Vista > XP

I have a shop in V9.0.2 IFZA

Are there any issues importing/exporting snapshots in this version between Vista & XP?

I've read a few posts;

But cannot find an up to date thread on this issue.

I can't recall his name, maybe Robin or Tim, all I know is that i have to close down his threads, his avatar really freaks me out, it looks well spooky, probably just me though.

Problems creating snapshot in v9

Windows shuts down the application when exporting to snapshot. Any ideas as to how to cure this? Using 9.02 and Vista.
