      Here:

      http://www.u-need-ink.co.uk/acatalog/IP_6700D.html

      Intresting that you're prompted to follow a link to find out more information about the error, but it goes nowhere:

      "javascript: location.hash="a38";void 0"

              I think I see what's wrong. Looking at 1st product on http://www.u-need-ink.co.uk/acatalog/IP_6700D.html

              These products are duplicates and the Quantity field correctly uses

              <input type="text" name="Q_1!38" size="4" value="1" class="form_input_general" />

              Where that 1!38 is the ProductID.

              However your Add to Cart button is

              <input type="submit" value="Add To Cart" name="38" class="form_button_add_to_cart" />

              And is using the Product Reference instead of the ProductID.

              Check the layout for your Add to Cart Button and replace all ProductReference by ProductID.

              UPDATE. I tweaked that cart button using Firebug to contain 1!38 and bingo - it's in the Cart.

                    I'll have you know that I've check this layout 5, 6 even 7 times and you're absolutely right I missed the ProductReference on the "Add to Cart" button.

                    I've just changed and uploaded and the problem has gone away.

                    I really appreciate your help and time guys, just sorry it was something I missed.
