host change ftp port problem

im moving my host and basically they dont use ftp port 21 they use 31321 instead is there somewhere to change the default port as the program isnt allowing connection?

Are you uploading via a Proxy? Is this what is demanding the unusual port number? If so, you can enter the name of a proxy server, and the port for the proxy server, by clicking the 'Proxy' button in 'Web | Network Settings'.

Hope that helps - if it doesn't help, I'm afraid you are looking at finding a new host as this default port upload value can't be changed.
