    Weird problem

    Can anyone help me please ?

    I added a new template several weeks ago, everything seemed fine.

    However, after a purchase is made and it returns to the receipt page, upon clicking the 'Done' button it refers the user to the page http://www.acaciamasonic.com/acatalog/index.html and displays a page that I have not used for well over a year. This must be very confusing to customers, and I am at a loss as to why that page is still showing, surely, when I do a refresh this should be overwritten ?

    Conseqeuntly, all of the links on the old page result in a page not found error when selected.

    Anyone any ideas ?

    even links in your store take you to this page.
    Your 'Store Top' link, for example...and the 'Acacia Masonic' link in the breadcrumb trail.
    What is your catalog index page showing in the design tab?
    Is it showing old or new design?

      Hi Tracey,

      I assume in design view I select content page and from the content tree select the home page ?

      If that's what you mean it shows the new design.

        not the overall main site homepage though.
        At the risk of stating the obvious, it's the wad of green notes that you need to click on.

            I assume a full web refresh has been done at some point since uploading the new design?

              Yes it has, I have just noticed that the log-in page is faulty as well.

                right, I've been digging around (I'm sure this has come up before but I can't seem to find a familiar thread)

                There is a similar issue in THIS THREAD
                Do any of the solutions here help?

                  Errrrmmmm have seen similar things with this too, im guessing the page looks ok offline. Right change the page name to something like shop.html and upload your site.

                  If this is now working, change it back to index.html and re-upload. Im sure i have had this conversation with CD at sometime and it can be corrected by deleting something somewhere but i cant remember if its in the DB
