Before anybody says, "This has been covered", I know, but I can't find an answer.
The problem is that the eMail Notification is not being recieved.
I have checked the host site error logs and there are no issues.
I have checked the email, error logs and there are no records of the emails, failed or otherwise.
The Business Settings | Ordering | "Send me an eMail..." tickbox, is ticked.
The Business Settings | Company/Contact | Email Address, is entered, (and consistent with other occurences).
SMTP is set to 'Localhost'.
All other eMails appear to be working.
Actinic just seems to be ignoring it.
Any thoughts anybody?
