    Problem: Notification eMail not working.

    Before anybody says, "This has been covered", I know, but I can't find an answer.

    The problem is that the eMail Notification is not being recieved.

    I have checked the host site error logs and there are no issues.
    I have checked the email, error logs and there are no records of the emails, failed or otherwise.
    The Business Settings | Ordering | "Send me an eMail..." tickbox, is ticked.
    The Business Settings | Company/Contact | Email Address, is entered, (and consistent with other occurences).
    SMTP is set to 'Localhost'.
    All other eMails appear to be working.

    Actinic just seems to be ignoring it.

    Any thoughts anybody?

    which 'email notification' do you mean?

    The 'catalog order received' one (I presume) or a copy of the customer one?

    what result does a network test give?

      The 'Order Received' one. ("You have an order"). Is not working.
      The Copy of the customer receipt is okay.

      Sorry, I don't understand what you mean regarding a "Network Test".
      You you elaborate a little please?

        sorry, am a bit distracted this morning.
        I mean a Network Settings test.
        Web > Network Setup > Test

        Does this report any problems?

          Only one is sent until you next download orders. Did you download orders before testing?
