External Linking

Can anyone put me in the right direction to find out about external linking ? (Need to share data between multiple sites for stock control)

I've had a look in the advanced user guides, but can't find anything there.

Create a spreadsheet with the product reference in the first column and the stock on hand in the next column. Then in Actinic link the spreadsheet by making making the selections and field mapping.

Be aware though that you may have some issues if you are using Mole End One Stop Automation as well to upload stock changes.
