    component puzzle?

    Sometimes on a product where it has a size ( attribute)and an added accessory (component) if the customer does not choose a component it does not tell me the size they ordered on the invoice download, if they do add a component it does, very strange? It this weird because i have in some way added the component and attribute incorrectly?

    Help with this please!

    In my expience, if the customer hasn't "selected" a size it should display the default size (First Choise in Your List), I haven't looked throught the whole of you site, but I'm assuming you don't have any blanks/spaces as the top choice?

    I did however notice that your "Home Link" doesn't seem to work at the top of the page and there is a rouge "/> in the top left hand corner here.

      Hi

      We are migrating to V9 so link and rouge html should be gone, no it does not display any size at all on the invoice if they do not choose a component?

        Could you give me an example product that you know this is happening on?

            I added that ite to the cart both with and without toto and the sixe reference appears in both cases. I didn't take them right throught to payment though.

            It all seems to be okay live and unless you've had your Packing List and Invoice template changed I'm afraid I can't shed ay light on to the issue.

            Does it show the Sizes in the Line Items Tab when you View your order in Actinic?

            I will note again though you seem to have various symbols and puctuation littered through your site.

            These shown above the Address fields during checkout:

            %s
            %s "/>

            and the previously mention:

            " />

            are still visable.

            Customers will also find it very frustrating that they cannot get back to the home page from any page on your site.

              Just below the body tag

              HTML Code:
              <body>
              " />
              <link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="actinic.css">
              </link>
              <script src="actiniccore.js" type="text/javascript" language="javascript">
              </script>
              <script src="actinicextras.js" type="text/javascript" language="javascript">
              </script>
              <actinic:cookiecheck>
              Seems the code and coordinates are missing for the home page in the map, think that's how you describe it?

              HTML Code:
              <map name="Map">
              <area href="http://www.daydreamersfancydress.co.uk/cgi-bin/ca000001.pl?ACTION=SHOWCART" coords="133,93,239,113" shape="rect"/>
              <area href="http://www.daydreamersfancydress.co.uk/acatalog/search.html" coords="74,94,128,113" shape="rect"/>
              <area href="http://www.daydreamersfancydress.co.uk/cgi-bin/mf000001.pl?ACTION=SHOWFORM" coords="328,91,407,112" shape="rect"/>
              <area href="http://www.daydreamersfancydress.co.uk/cgi-bin/os000001.pl?ACTION=Start" coords="249,93,320,114" shape="rect"/>
              </map>
