text in the search box

HI Guys. Just playing with the demo version to see how I get on. Every thing seems to be making sense but the text in the search box is the same colour as the background. YOu can only see it if you mouse over. Background colour is fine but i'd like to see the text.

Check the class being applied and the color defined within. If no color defined, then define the one you want to use, if one is defined change it for the color you want. Color is defined in a class like so:

color: #000000;

The above would give you black for example.

Get yourself firefox and the firebug addon (both free), it will help you find the code being used and where it is.
