    Retrieve Order Error

    Hi All,

    Ref www.fantronix.com - version 9 - Business

    I suddenly can't retrieve any orders for some reason. It happend yesterday but after importing a snapshot from the previous day, got it working again.

    The error reads.. 'The system cannot find the file specified' when I press the 'retrieve orders' button.

    Has anyone else come across this or have any ideas how i can reslove?

    Can you say who your host is and check that you havent got the same problem as most of the rest of us when it comes to certain servers !
    Then maybe add your comments to those threads!

          I have kinda messed up my orders by exporting/importing snapshots to try and get this working (i figured getting my orders my first priority).

          Is there a way of retrieving, say the last 3 days orders?

            I'm not aware of any method of merging orders, you should probably go back to the last working snapshot and then manually type the lost orders back in.

                  Hi Graham

                  The error reads.. 'The system cannot find the file specified' when I press the 'retrieve orders' button.
                  Please check in your Outlook or IE, and check under "File", that "Work Offline" is not ticked. If it is, then it could bring up that error in Actinic, as Actinic uses IE controls when downloading.

                  Please check this
