Hi, I need to add a discount voucher code onto my site. I have followed the stpes in the user guide and the help section but it still doesn't seem to work properly. The code box appears and a correct code can be entered, a error message shows if the wrong code is entered, so that part all seems to work fine. But it does not take off the 15% I asked it too. Apparenlty the person working on the site beofre me was using version 8 and he had no problems, I am using version 9, so does anyone know if there is a bug in 9 that could be causing this to happen?
