Mailing list search bug

I'm trying to target all customers that have ordered a size 14 garment but the mailing list search doesn't work properly.

I have worked through the tabs and the crucial tab for me is 'Product Search' then 'Search by reference' then option 'Ends with' in the empty field I type '(14)' but I get no results. I think its falling over due to the (open, close brackets.) An example of my product codes is 'SW146 (14)' SW146 is the product code & (14) is the size. The above search should be perfect.

I have removed the brackets but then I get all customers that have 14 in the product code, for example SW146 (8)

Can someone help or is this a minor flaw with Actinic?

Hi,

There seems to be something odd going on here, but I did a search on something that I knew should work and it did and then did a search on 'Ends with' '(24)' and it then worked. I'd also make sure that you have the settings correct on the Main tab as this affects the search too.
