Hi.

I am thinking of putting a form on my website which users can either send thier feedback, request more info on products, report broken links or inaccuracies in information etc on my website.

I was thinking of putting the link either in the left navigation section or build it into my layout code for products.

Is there a way of making it so I know which page they cliked on the link to take them to the form from? Or does anyone know of an alternative way of doing this?
