Component Discount

Anybody know if there is a way to apply a different discount level to components of a product. Ie:- A Product with 3 seperate component options.

The first component option can have 25% discount.
The second component option can have 10% discount.
The third component option can have 0% discount.

So if Buying a PC you get 25% off a Monitor "option1"
and 10% off a bigger hard drive "option 2"
but no discount off a Printer "option 3"
