Has Alaska joined the UK

Hi all

Firstly a big thank you to Lee for his help, guidance, design and above all patience when creating our new V8 site launched yesterday. A job very well done.

Also thanks to Duncan for his help with the images and to Darren, Norman and others who provided advice and thoughts along the way in this forum.

Now to my question. I have created 3 "states" within UK to use in our shipping tables. But everytime I use only one or two of them for the specific shipping category Alaska automatically follows over. Even if I remove alsaska and then apply, when I go back in - there it is again.

Has anyone come across anything similar?

I can't recreate this problem so it may be an issue with your database. I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your snapshot (web form link in my signature).

Try Compacting Databases

I've had exactly the same problem recently as well. If you're lucky, you'll get the same thing happening with Colarado too.

It's a bizarre little bug but compacting databases seemed to do the trick.
