I have the odd few customers who phone their orders through as they say they have trouble with cookies when on my site? is this anything i can tweak in Actinic or is this the customer firewall problem?
You can extend the cookie expiry by going to Web|Expiry Periods, but perhaps some people have their browser set to not accept cookies. It's worth asking those customers that phone in with the issue if they are see the same problem on other websites.
