COMPLETED ORDERs GONE!

For some strange reason my completed orders on the orders completed tab have all disappeared?

any ideas please?

Have you imported a snapshot recently and overwritten the orders? Or, have you deleted an order and instead of selecting the "Delete all selected" you've chosen "Delete all Completed"?

You can set the number of days to display completed orders for - is that set to something really low?

Your not looking in the Pending PSP area or something simple like that are you?

no, i use one click order processing,right click order and it then goes into completed orders, but these have gone, its EMPTY!

i can but dont really want to do that, need to know that when i right click complete order why they are not going into the completed folder like they always have done for the past 4 years?

i have added 2 more products and uploaded, i have just tried to right click and complete order, but it disappears and does not go into the completed tab?
