Sorry if I'm being obtuse but, if we take a telephone order and enter it using the 'New Order' option in Actinic, will the payment still be processed by our PSP if we choose that payment option? In other words, is the order passed from our server back to the PSP for payment?

No, it will not. I believe Actinic Payments now has this integrated but others don't. Usually most people use their PSP's online Terminal or an instore streamline.

It is a PDQ Machine. What you would take payments with in your shop ect.
