        Hi Jan

I am really looking for stock control, so importing an invoice will change the stock in MSA, and also be able to use this data in Actinic, a similar way the sage link works.

I want to use the accounting for raising P/O and booking in stock so i can then update actinic with these figures. Obviously along with doing the accounts

I dont know if this is possible

Integrating Actinic with Microsoft Accounting 2008

You can view details of our free software to integrate Actinic with Microsoft Accounting Professional 2008 at www.system21c.co.uk

In answer to Darren's query, it does support company-wide stock control.

However, suggest the general approach for Actinic/MOA users might be:

          1. Firstly, try the Mole End Plugin, to see if it meets your requirements.

          2. If not, have a look at what we have to offer, via the link above. If you think it might meet your needs, please email us, and we can discuss further.

          Many thanks.

Please Jan can I be added to the list as well.

We also have dumped Sage in favour of MOA and the only downside to OSOP (both the Actinic and Amazon products) is that it does not bring in the product lines and therefore can't use it due to stock control.

                  Jan

We would need to be able to include products and things like shipping costs to seperate nominals as well as VAT and zero vat items

Can your software do this now or is it planned

PS we don't use actinic stock control features

You will have to talk to Jan, Darren as I know nought about nought and still think both Sage and Actinic are black magic tools in my mind ( have a mind of their own or controlled by a dark force)

If I am looking for plastic facia boards, do you post them or just deliver locally? question more for the summer

im hoping if i post enough Jan will get confused by how many people have requested it

As for the fascias, the larger lengths are all delivered by our transport, if its all small lengths then the guys here will pack it for carrier, which is quicker, but we cant risk large items these days

Not a fan of sage either and was considering moa. don't know anyone who uses it but seems a few of you guys like it.

i think i'll give it a spin and order a copy tonight.

There is a 60 day free trial (full copy) of MOA available from their website. Also apparently it is on sale at around £95 from Amazon as opposed to the £149 on the MOA site (thanks George!)

We dumped Sage in favour of MOA around 5 weeks ago - been bit of nightmare getting data across but so glad we are now using it. It's not perfect and there are few annoying things about it - but to me it is 100% better than Sage!

Free software to integrate Actinic with MOA now shipping

                              Just a quick update:

                              1. Our free software System21c, which fully integrates Actinic and Microsoft Office Accounting 2008, is being shipped to the users who have already requested it next week.

                              2. You can now view the full System21c User Manual at http://www.system21c.co.uk

Very much hope it will be of use to those of you who are looking to closely integrate Actinic and MOA. Suggest you also look at the Mole End offering, to see which suits your needs best - they are rather different in their approach.

Please email us direct if would be interested in receiving a free copy of System21c.

Any feedback on improving the website would also be very welcome.

                                Very interesting to know Kathy.
What would you say the main "wins" over SAGE were for MOA?

Also, do any others have comparisons between Quickbooks and MOA?
I've decided to download and trial, but any feedback from others is always welcome.
