I'm using Actinic catalog v8.
I offer digital downloads (mp3 files). The downloads work fine from the link on the 'This is your receipt page' of the website, but the link on the email the customer receives produces this message: 'Error The link you clicked on was invalid. Please check the link and make sure you have included the entire URL.'
The problem seems to be in the asterisks included in the link at the end; if I cut and paste the link without the asterisks I can get a download.

Where are these asterisks coming from and how can I get rid of them?
