    What is Wrong?

    Hi,

I have just upgraded to paypal payments pro from standard and as far as i know is working fine, i am also running a google adwords campaign which i am getting plenty of clicks through.

I upgraded and started the campaign about 5 days ago and have had plenty of visitors and my prices are very competitive so i cannot see why i would not be getting any orders.

Can anyone see why the site is not getting any orders?

    Cheers,
    Adam

Do you need all your checkout on SSL? Many visitors will get security warning messages.
I didn't see your shipping costs. They need to be very visible.
I couldn't find a phone number on your site. At least give a number and say you will return all calls within x hours.
You are using GA - have you looked to see where the dropouts occur?
Some people may not like the fact tat you are downloading CC details for offline processing and you should be looking to change that. Rather use another PSP in addition to PP.

sometimes you get clicks from peopple you dont really want to be getting clicks from , this is where you really need to play with adwords to see what ad combo gets you the most sales , you might get less clicks but more sales from a different advert , its very tricky to get right.

as for the other stuff drounding has it spot on really , plus he has gazillions of posts and knows his stuff!!

With regards to a phone number this is so important so people know

      a) your company isnt in china
      b) if the **** hits the fan they have the backup of a phone number

Everytime I add to cart or view cart etc I get the "This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to view the nonsecure items"

        This is:

        a) a pain,
        b) worrying,
        c) If you click 'no' the page falls to bits.

I'd get this fixed as a very first step.

          Errrmmm,

          I think it's broke:

I get this when viewing FF2, if I click on any of your Product Sections.

Edit: Works fine in FF3 and IE
