Customer account problems

I have a site using customer accounts but find that if i update the site then afterwards no one can log-in, so need to do a complete refresh everytime.

I remember someone saying I needed to upload an extra file to overcome this, but can't find the thread anywhere.

Can anyone suggest the answer?

Hi,

The problem is to do with caching customer accounts when switching sites. The workaround is to close and re-open Actinic after switching sites to clear the cache.
