Snapshots

Hi,

I have imported a snapshot into my clients Actinic business catalog.

For some reason our checkout pages are different (he sees a dropdownlist for invoice location whereas mine correctly shows this as a label set to the UK)

Should a snap shot not overwrite all settings, including shipping and PSP details etc?

If not can anyone direct me to a definitive list of what a snapshot imports and what it doesnt.

Hi Ben,

A snapshot should overwrite everything as long as the correct options are selected when importing it (ie All Orders, All Content).

The invoice address drop down is determined by the tax settings so you might want to check what he has for those.
