Fails to download or upload

This morning one of my MU sites fails to either upload or download. Just hangs up with timer showing and no download window showing

Compacted Database no improvement

Tested network settings all pass

Reinstalled old snapshot to site1 and tried there to no avail

Everything else seems to work

any idears welcome

FWIW we had a similar issue recently with a MU site. I called up Actinic Cover and got a solution from Tracey, apparently something messed up in the database. Not sure if it'll help you, nor do I want to plaster it on the forum (not wanting to be responsible for everybody knackering up their database) - so I'll send you a quick e-mail, might help, might not!

We've encountered an identical problem today with one of our sites. Any ideas ?

What we did was to cut the mdb from site folder to say desktop and paste then cut from Desktop and paste back into site folder somehow this fools the other computers to a new version to sync into

Suggest snapshot and site folder copy prior to doing above just incase
