Hooky orders

I have suddenly started to get a rash of hooky orders from Ghana listing their address as PO Box whatever, Ghana, Scotland or PO Box whatever, Ghana, Ireland as I haven't listed Ghana as a shipping destination.

Anyone have any ideas about barring these orders as while it's a bit of fun initially sending out order shipped emails with the idea of them waiting at the port for their order it gets tiresome after a while.
