Applying Attributes

Hopefully someone can help me, I am trying to set up ballet items where the price adjusts to the size, but it also has a choice of colours, and when I try and set it up it keeps coming back with errors. here is an exaple of one of the products:

Leotard

Sizes:
00= £13.49
0= £13.79
1= £14.20
2= £14.79
3= £15.49

Colours

Pale pink
Pale Blue
White

Is there away of setting it up for the customer to selcet the colour and then select the size?

Use attributes for the colours and permutations (inbuilt help is good on these) for the price changes on the size choices.

It might just be me, but i keep getting the following message:

Error: drop-down permutation lists only work with a single attribute within a componant.

Ah with you sorry, I didn't read properly. Can you combine the size and color all into one option and use permutations for it all? Possibly even use hidden products if not too many choices or products.

Size 1 - Pink
Size 2 - Pink
Size 3 - Pink
etc.

Thanks, yeah looks like its going to have to be done that way, just out of interest you say possibly use hiddens products, what is all that about and how does it work? sorry to be a pain.

Where you are currently adding choices to the drop downs, you can associate products in there instead. Its usually how stock monitoring is enabled, so when someone chooses a size, it actually records a sale against a product, rather than just against a color etc.
